Black Bear is a customized fabrication facility that specializes in shearing, forming, water jet cutting and assembling products for their customer base. The Company is noted for their work with stainless steel and aluminum metals. The Company has built a wide range of products from stainless steel counter tops and sinks for residential and commercial applications, retrofitted commercial bakeries within their production line to aluminum duct work and garbage cans for the car wash industry.
RC Industries, Inc. is able to enter into the industry and look forward to expand sales revenues in Clackamas, Oregon. The two partners bring industry experience and a strong marketing background to grow Black Bear Metal Fab to new levels. Bill Billingsley negotiated the sale and assisted in the closing.
